Quiet and comfortable hotel very close to the bus station. From the bus station, a bus leaves every half hour to Taitung railway station (with trains to Taipei, Hualien, Tainan and Kaoshiung). The room has an original and beautiful design with the toilet separated from the bathroom. I had read in a review that someone else thought that there was little privacy because of this. Perhaps if you share the room with someone you are less familiar with. The room also has two sofas, a kettle, tea, coffee and water. The buffet breakfast offers a good choice.

The location is near to many amenities, shopping, food and the bus terminal. They provide a free transfer from hotel to train station, but I am not sure if they do a free transfer the other way. There is free parking at the hotel for guest but limited. Shower and toilet are separate, keeping things dry and nice. Have a gym and there's even life music in the restaurant when we walked pass 1 night. Convenience store is just across the street.

Everything was perfect for us. The best place that we had during our trip in Taiwan. The bed is big and comfort, shower was perfect and room was clean. Parking was perfect. Location was perfect. It has a good restaurant with it if doesn't want to go far. Everything is within walking distance. The staffs were helpful and super friendly. Will definitely stay again in the future visit. It has even a self-service laundry.

Breakfast was okay with limited fresh fruit (which we appreciated but would have liked more). It’s an Asian breakfast with ver few western options. Coffee good and available all day. Location-wise, it's close to the Taitung Bus Station, but do note it's a 10min drive from the Taitung Train station. Breakfast (buffet-style) was good too, with a very decent spread and yummy food. Would love to return on my next visit :)
